Thanks to its spacious furnished terraces (at the front, side and rear), the villa enjoys unlimited sea views, providing a truly picturesque setting both day and night. Inside, the villa is divided into a main house and an independent studio, with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, rented as a complete private holiday home for up to 8 guests. The main house features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (one with its own en-suite bathroom) and an additional family bathroom. The separate studio, with its own entrance, has a living room with an American kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. The entire property has air conditioning (included in the rental price during set hours, between 8 pm-8 am and 2 pm-4 pm).

Out, with the sea literally at the door, this holiday home is a true delight. There are spacious terraces furnished with sun loungers, tables, chairs and a barbecue for delicious outdoor meals. The turquoise colour of the sea will amaze you.
